how to convert numerical figure into text

i am looking for function or macro to convert numerical figure in a
cell to another cell as text ie

$123.45 to One Hundred Twenty Three Dollar and cents Forty Five only.

Try this site. It is for Access, but should be easily converted to
Excel.
