Default fitting route numbers to drivers names

I have 12 men covering 8 routes, they work 4 days on and 2 days off so
on any one day 4 drivers are on a rest day. I change the route drivers
cover each week. i have 2 sheets, Sheet1 has drivers names in A3:A14,
B1:H1 has week days SUN to SAT, B2:H2 has day dates
(2/1/2005-8/1/2005), B3:H14 will have the route numbers in them.
Sheet2 has dates 1/1/2005:31/12/2005 in A2:A366. I need to input names
and routes to correspond with dates in sheet1, this will be used for
printing off for the notice board. sheet2 needs to have 4 names in any
one date each assigned to a different route number.
If i look for my name on the printed sheet it should show me what route
i will be taking on a specific date and show "day off" when i am on my 2
rest days.
