I have a cell with a conditional format that i need to copy into a number of
other cells. Copy Paste special doesn't work, is there any other way rather than to just key into evey cell manually. -- Marshall |

Highlight all the cells you want to format, goto Format, Conditional Format and apply. Or am I missing something here? |

Hi Marshall
You say CopyPaste Special doesn't work. What is th formula in your conditional format? What is the cell it is located in? What is the range to which you want it applied? You could use the Format Painter on the toolbar, but if Paste Special doesn't work, then this probably won't work either, which is why I am asking these questions. Hi Roger,
Highlight all the cells you want to format, goto Format, Conditional Format and apply. This is the answer from shay that worked fine. Many thanks for your offer as well. -- Marshall "Roger Govier" wrote: Hi Marshall You say CopyPaste Special doesn't work. What is th formula in your conditional format?
