Pivot Table Question
Can the pivot table function be set uo so that it tabulates the count or sum
of values for a given field BETWEEN two specified values of another field ? For example, if I have a data table that records my salespersons, 1 product, and the date sold, can the pivot table be set-up to show me for each salesperson, the sum of the product sold betrween Date1 and Date2, Date2 and Date 3, etc. Thank you in advance. |

Have you looked at the Grouping options in the Pivot table? Right click in the table, select the "Group and Show Detail" and then "Group". There's several options in there. Probably the one you want is to group by the number of days. HTH __ Richard Buttrey Grappenhall, Cheshire, UK __________________________ |
