how to do it without rounding off
Excel Expert, please help :) may I know how I can retain number like 11.82 as 11 0.63 as 0 without rounding off to 12 and 1 respectively ? I understand that I can first round off the number and then minus one. but the problem is I have other number like 0.23, if I round off then minus one, it will turn to -1 I got thousand of these numerical data, what can I do? -- ToMmY2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ToMmY2's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=27610 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=471334 |

Check out the ROUND function, this should give you all the options you'll ever need Cheers Jon -- Jon Quixley ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jon Quixley's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=25803 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=471334 |
