Default How do I display more than one match in a Index/Match formula?

I am comparing our current AP Check Run to balances owed from our Customers.
The names do not tie in exactly so I am using a index/match based on the
first five characters of each list.
I need, however, for the formula to work in a way that it will pull up more
than one result if they match. My current formula is
=INDEX(F:F,MATCH(K20,L:L,0)). The problem is that it pulls the first match
and then goes on to the next.
Thanks for any help you can give.
Trish
