a unique cell value returns multiple cell values from another shee
 

I cannot figure out how to call out multiple cells on one sheet and have them
populate multiple cells on another sheet based upon a unique value input into
one cell. I want to put in lets say 4610 in one cell (N15) and have it
callout a column of numbers(Sheet2!B2:C16") on another sheet and populate the
master sheet with these values in a column on the master sheet.
