There should be a keyboard shortcut for fill color in excel
 
I tried in your office site for a keyboard shortcut for fill color/cell
shading in excel.If it is there please tellme.Otherwise please ad it to your
excel features

Hi Jerry,
You can use these keys, if you are trying to avoic the mouse. Copy a cell
with the color/shading you want - Ctrl + C.
Select the cells to receive the format.
Press Alt+E, S, T, Enter.

OR
Choose Tools, Customize.
On the Commands tab, choose the category Edit. On the right, under Commands,
scroll until you see Paste Formatting. Drag this icon to a toolbar, and then
close the Customize dialog box. This will provide one=button click to paste
format to selected cells.
