How do I bring hyperlinks forward using lookup?
 

We are making a list of songs for our church. We would like to be able to
type in the song number, and this bring up a hyperlink to a powerpoint file
that we could then open. We could use either a list or vlookup functions to
get the information, but how do you get the hyperlink to come forward with
the information?
