Pivot Table keep apart cells text that I've formatted as numbers
Some text cells that I format as numbers don't consolidate with others
originally numbers (obviously with the same content) in my pivot table. Does anybody can help me, please? -- Paulo |
Hi Paulo,
Sometimes, even after choosing the number format, these "text numbers" have to be multilied by one to function correctly. Try this: Type 1 in any blank cell and copy it. Select the "text numbers". Choose Edit, Paste Special, Multiply, OK. Save, then try your Pivot table again. ( you can delete the 1 from the cell where you typed it.) Hope this works for you.
