Combo box using pivot tables
 

Please help.

I have a pivot table on a worksheet, on the next work sheet I have my
report. I want to use a combo-box to select names.

The names are in the pivot table at the top (in the wizard it is in the
place where page is)

How can I change names in my combo box to select the data
