How do I insert a picture in an Excel comment block
I am working in Excel 2003 and want to be able to put text in a cell with a
flag/marker in the cell. When the cell or flag/marker in clicked on a picture would appear similar to the way insert comment block works. I would appreciate any help. |
You can place a picture in an excel comment.
Right click the cell and Select Insert Comment. Left click on the border of the comment (your cursor should look like a cross). Click on the Down Arrow next to the Fill Color Button (Bucket) on the Drawing Toolbar. Select Fill Effects. Select the Picture Tab. Click on the Select Picture Button and browse to your picture. Click Insert and then OK and you are done. Hope this helps Rowan Rancher wrote: I am working in Excel 2003 and want to be able to put text in a cell with a flag/marker in the cell.
