Finding people born in a given month or after a given year
 

I have a spreadsheet that contains peoples names and birthdates as follows:

John 3/17/75
Jane 5/1/55
etc.

I would like to do two things.

First, I would like to extract all the people who were born in a given
month, say March, and display their names and birthdates separately. (Could
they be displayed in a separate worksheet?)

Second, I would like to display the names and birthdates of all the people
who were after a given year, e.g., 1985.

Any help would be appreciated,
