I'm struggling with completing this formula to function in one cell.

The First Part:

=IF(OR(AND($D$8=TRUE,$D$9=TRUE), AND($D$8=TRUE,$D$9=TRUE)),$D$21,$D$19)

The Second Part:

=IF(AND($D$8=FALSE,$D$9=FALSE),$D$6)
