Index Match Multiple Criteria Separate Pivot Tables
 

I am trying to use the index match function with multiple criteria by pulling records from Pivot table1
into Pivot table2. Pivot table1 are Job Orders that show issued labor hours and Pivot table2 show those labor hours expended per month. The information comes from 2 different databases which I pull into access and create the output files to excel. I am trying to pull the issued hours from Pivot table1 into Pivot table2 that lines up to t the matching record in Pivot table2. Not sure if this can be done. I have pasted an example record from both Pivot tables to at least give a visual. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Gene
