Help with calculating time elapsed

Hi all,

I am trying to calculate time elapsed.
Opened date - 02-07-2017 10:19:47
Closed date - 03-07-2017 11:14:18

I have tried Closed-Opened and it returns 54 minutes (which is obviously wrong).

Can anyone please help?

format the formula cell with [h]:mm:ss
