Value of a Cell by Time

I have a dynamic value of a cell (A1) which changes by a DDE link (a stock
value). Lets say I want the value of cell A1 at 9:00, 9:05, 9:10, 9:15 etc
.... I want each of these values saved into a different cell in column B. What
function(s) do I use?
