Is there a reverse to RANK?
 

RANK gives you the position of a particular number in a list.

I need a function that is RANK's reverse. I want to give the position, and have the function return the number in that position.

Couldn't find it on first glance. Is there such a thing?

Have a look at the INDEX() and MATCH()functions
