Changing positive figures to minus figures
I have a large worksheet with numbers already entered onto it, as positive
numbers, however, I want to change all these to minus figures. Is there an easy way to do this rather than having to change each figure individually? Thank you. Louise |
Yes.
1 Put -1 in an un-used cell 2 copy the cell 3 select the group of cells you want to make negative 4 then Edit Paste Special and check the multiply box All the cells in the group will be inverted.
