Change Excel Date Format

Can someone provide a way to mass change time formats from tt:00 PM or AM to tA or tP. Where t=time
The minutes vary from :00, :15, :30, :45... If the minutes are other than :00 I would need the other variables :15, :30... to appear with the A or P for AM or PM.
