In B1, type Yes. In B2 and B3, type No. Copy B1:B3, and paste it down column B to match your data. Then either 1) apply a filter to both A and B, select the value "Yes" from the drop down on column B, select column A, use Edit Go To.... Special Visible cells only, then copy and paste elsewhre or 2) sort A and B based on B, and copy only those values with Yes in Column B.
