Your online office "help" system REALLY sucks!! I'm not kidding!!
 
Finding stuff is rather frustrating... online is "slow"... whatever happened
to the option of standard help files on a local drive? The whole help
interface is "dumbed" down... even if I was a 9 year old kid I would find
your online help a useless maze.

If you want only the local help (it's still there) and don't want online
help, try

Tools | Options | General | Service Options | Online Content | uncheck Show
Content And Links From Microsoft Office Online

and restart Excel.
