Default Delete repeated Cells

I have a long column with many repeated cells, how can I delete them to see
how many different ones I got?
Thanks in advance.

Make sure there is a header cell at the top of the column. Click on the
header cell and then pull-down:

Data FIlter Autofilter...

and check unique records only

DataFilterAdvanced Filter.

Checkmark "unique records only" and "copy to another location" or just filter
in place.
