Use multiple sheets to display and edit data?

I have a spread sheet that has tons of data with multiple columns. If some of the data is incomplete (specific columns are blank) I would like it to show these rows in sheet2. Also I would like any updates done on sheet2 to also be reflected in sheet1. Is this possible?
