I am trying to smooth data in a work sheet. What I am trying to do is, I have 35 years of temperature data for my location. In teh colums AVG High, AVG LOW and AVG Temp is the average for each day. As you can see that teh data is "noisy". I want to smooth the data.

There are many ways to "smooth data". It is unclear what method you want to
use. And it is unclear how you want to present the "smoothed" data.

You might consider the Moving Average option of the Data Analysis feature.
Click on Tools, Data Analysis.

Or you might consider creating an XY Scatter chart of the data, then
selecting the Moving Average trendline.

For your example, a moving average of 7 periods might provide the
"smoothing" that you are looking for.

(There are many other types of moving averages. You might want to take a
look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moving_average.)
