Default How to do a lookup with 2 parameters?

Hi, I'm trying to create a decision support system. Currently, I'm using drop-down list for the decisions. I want to do some sort of lookup for 2 parameters, like a grid search. First via the row then the column and the result that I want to get is at the bottom of the table. Any kind soul that can help me? I've tried vlookup, lookup, index etc but all doesn't work. Thanks:)

12 AA 5
15 AB 0 10
18 AC 0 10 15
A B C
so it's something like this. first parameter being AA etc and second parameter being 0,5 or 10 etc.. and the result i want to get is A,B or C etc..
