How to work out working hours?
When I am working out the difference between 2 dates for working dates I use a calculation similar to:
=NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1) But how can I do the same for working hours? To put this into context I am working with problem tickets and wish to see how many are resolved within 8 working hours, 24 working hours etc. I hope you can help, thank you in advance :) |

Could you post some example data with details of what the working hours are and your expected results? |
All times are GMT +1. The time now is 12:53 PM. |
