When protecting the sheet allow users to "edit objects"
Does not matter if the cells are locked or unlocked, as long as you can select them. Gord On Mon, 11 Jun 2012 14:15:23 -0700 (PDT), wrote: Hi Any help How can I give permission to other users to add comment to my protected sheet Thanks in advance Jam |

Don't need unlocked cells if you allow users to "edit objects".

I was thinking the OP was asking about using cells to enter comments instead, being that sheet protection allows editing objects! In this case I presumed using cells for this since sheet protection was already configured (or so I ass-u-me d).<g -- Garry Free usenet access at http://www.eternal-september.org ClassicVB Users Regroup! comp.lang.basic.visual.misc microsoft.public.vb.general.discussion |
