What is the best way to lookup from another worksheet?

I have created several Worksheets within a Workbook. One of which has a column with checkboxes (ACD Queue A). While in another worksheet (ACD Group Info) I want to reference the Checkbox and return another value (Employee Extension)from the same row. I am not sure of the best way to set this up. Hi,

When you say "checkbox" do you mean the tick box from Form Control / Active X Control?

Perhaps if you could provide an example of your data...
