Default Vlookup/Hlookup confusion

Hi guys, need a bit of help working this one out

I've got 3 sheets currently sorting out schedules for staff.

Sheet one lines up like

Break 1 Taken Break 2 Taken Break 3 Taken
Person 10:10:00 12:25:00 14:40:00
Person 1 10:10:00 12:25:00 14:40:00

Where it is blank under taken, i am trying to get a Look up to check A2 (Person) in Sheet C.

Sheet C is where i issue is as it is ordered with duplicates

Row 1+2
Person Person Person Person 5 Person 5 Person 5
11:43:20 14:00:05 16:24:34 12:04:16 14:24:46 16:08:52

All the names and times below them are ordered alphabetically so all correspond correctly.

but i cannot figure out the Hlookup for finding the data for each taken break to see if they where taken within their schedule. as well as doing the same for all three breaks, while searching duplicate data.

any help would be great
