Formulas not updating until save

I have Excel 2003 and I noticed that a lot of my formulas in a
particular worksheet are not updating if I change the values that they
depend on until I save the sheet. Is there a workaround for that?

DKY,

Set your calculation mode to automatic. Tools / Options / Calculation tab.

Select all the cells.
edit|replace
what: =
with: =
replace all

Maybe it'll wake excel up.
