a macro will record all the actions that i have taken. Is that rite? so for "apply advanced filter" , i have to goto record new macro these are the steps that i took data filter advanced filter a popup will appear and i have to define the list range follow by the criteria range stop recording.. but once i run the macro from a text box (assign macro), there is an error. i dont know if these are the rite steps to take.
