Transposing Data

I'm trying to transpose data listed in a vertical array to a horizontal
array. But my main issue is that I want to make sure that the Vul ID
is posted horizontally to the associated Host ID. I know how to use
the transpose function, but is there another formula I can add in order
to get my data to look like below?

BEFO
Host ID Vul ID
348 238
348 393
348 13183
351 238
351 393
351 13183
352 22
352 39
352 204
352 1243
352 8205
353 22
353 1243
353 8205
353 8237
354 238
354 362
354 393
354 13183

AFTER:
348 238 393 13183
351 238 393 13183
352 22 39 204 1243 8205
353 22 1243 8205 8237
354 238 362 393 13183

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Amy
