How do I protect only formulas(functions) in a workbook?

I am creating an audit sheet for a hotel and need to have formulas that
employees can not change. But they need to be able to plug in numbers into
the cells where the formulas are.

format the cells to be locked with the exception of the cells that you want
to be able to input data, then protect the worksheet
