Change percentages to numbers
Is there a way in Excel to change percentages, i.e. sales tax [ex. 5%], to
the currency equivalation of the sales tax? -- Anita R. |
type 0.05 and format as currency, I don't see any purpose doing this
though, if you want the amount of sales tax just multiply with 5% =A1*5% or =A1*(1+5%) for total price and format result as currency -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom (No private emails please) "Anita" wrote in message ...
