Default rows with formulas

Is there a way to insert a row and have the formatting from the previous
row copied?

My other question is how to input data from one sheet and have the rows
insert automatically to another worksheet.

Any help appreciated.

The answer to the first question is
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/insrtrow.htm
using the first macro you see there.

The second question is not defined sufficiently.
