Making a drop down list/column

Hi there.
I am trying to make a cell into a drop down list. I am trying to make a data
base that I can use for my FRG, and some of the functions I need to be able
to have is multiple children & their birthdates, but I don't want to take up
a ton of space, so I figuered if I could use a drop down, I could just add
them in their and when I needed to access that info, I could just "drop it
down".
Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated!

Try Debra Dalgleish's nice coverage of Data Validation at:
http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal01.html

And a dynamic range could also be used in the DV
Try Debra's "Create a Dynamic Range" at:
http://www.contextures.com/xlNames01.html#Dynamic
