Hi!
How can I joing (merge) tables by key field like in DBMS?

Can't find any suitable solutions. Only by some stupid tricks, but I don't
like it and it's not handy to use...

Also found http://www.digdb.com/ add-in, but it costs money :)

Maybe =vlookup() or =index(match()) would be what you want.
