Help! Formula between the sheets
Hi guys, how can I have formula on one sheet that refers to values on another
sheet within the same workbook? Eg sheet one has formula b1/a1- but the values refer to the cells in sheet two, but the answer is in sheet one. thanks in advance |
ReBecca, try this, =Sheet2!B1/Sheet2!A1

Paul's answer is correct, but you don't need to type the formula out. You
can have Excel do the work for you. Select the cell where you want the formula, type and equal sign, then press Ctrl-PgDn or click on the Sheet2 tab, click on cell B1, put in the slash, then click on cell A1 & press Enter.
