Required fields with comments
 

On my PO form I want certain fields that are required to be filled in and
will not allow the form to be closed with null values. Also, I have a
conditional format on the extended price to change to RED if the dollar
amount exceeds $1000. I would like to have a comment box appear if that
dollar amount exceeds this threshold.
