calculate a MEDIAN using multiple criteria?
 

I'd like to be able to do this in a pivot table, but that doesn't seem to be
possible. I need to get a median cycle time for each quarter for the entire
division, and then for each segment of the division and then each segment of
each segment of the division! Why oh Why isn't this including in the powers
of the pivot table!!!!!
