Linking spreadsheets

Hi,

Not sure if this can be done but this is what my boss is trying to do:

Have two worksheets.
Worksheet A is a shared worksheet.
Workshop B has cells linked to figures in worksheet A.

All good so far, but....

If someone using the shared worksheet deletes or adds a row it messes
up worksheet B.

EG:

Worksheet B adds together figures from Cell 1B and 3D in Worksheet A.
Joe Bloggs comes along and deletes row 2.
This means that Cell 3D actually becomes Cell 2D and the equation no
longer works.

I don't think there is a way around this if the worksheet is to
continue being shared.
Am I wrong?!

Fix the sharedbook so they can't delete cells or rows.... or is that
not an option?

Unfortnately, that is not an option.

Any other ideas?
