Problem with Find and Replace
In Excel 2003, when using Find and Replace it cannot "find" anything. If I
just use Find and change the "Look in" to values it works, but when I cahnge to Replace, the only option in "Look in" is Formulas! |
If you type a constant into a cell, then that constant is treated as a formula
in this situation. But to do edit|replace, it doesn't make sense to look in Values to make changes. If you have: asdf in A1 qwer in B1 and =a1&b1 in C1 Then you'll see asdfqwer in C1. If you do edit|replace (dfqw with ZZZZ), what should happen? mjhill01 wrote: In Excel 2003, when using Find and Replace it cannot "find" anything.
