Default Find Lowest Bidder


I am trying to find the lowest bid amount from a range AND list the
bidder name in an adjacent cell. I know that lookups require the
ranges to be sorted. Because of the size of some of the bids I don't
have that luxury. As you can see from the info below, it works if the
bids happend to be sorted correctly. Is there a fix for this?
