Mortgage functions
 

I there a special formula to calculate the investment of the difference of
paying the mortgage in 15 and 30 years. I have to create a comparison on
which is better to invest a smaller amount for 30 years or pay off the
morgage in the first 15 years and invest the entire morgage payment for the
following 15 years.
