Borders in an inserted row
 

I'm working in a three-column table, with Outline and Inside borders. When I
insert a row at the bottom (at the end of the bordered range), I can't seem
to get the inserted row to inherit the border properties, even though I'm
using the Insert Options (Format Same As Above). Other formatting - like
Font, Font Size, and Pattern - come over, but not Border.
