ExcelFreezePanes shoud work horizontially and vertically together

The Freeze Panes is an excellent feature - However when reviewing large files
Excel should be capable to Freeze panes both on a Column and a Row (
Horizontally / Vertically ) Today you can only choose one option.

Actually, it DOES work on both. Select cell C4 and then Window | Freeze
Panes and you'll see horizontal AND vertical lines appear.

It does work both horizontally and vertically together. Select,
for example, G10, and then Freeze Panes.
