How do I change the color of the indicator cell in row and column
 

I would like to change the color of the highlighted cell in the row and
column of the active cell. My current color is not highly visible.
Co-workers have highlighted cell colors shown in amber, and it shows up
better than my light blue.

Try adjusting the Windows Display settings.
