Clearing all Active Cells

I've got a spreadsheet that has a range of active cell in which to input
data. How do I clear all active cells to end up with a fresh sheet ?

The spreadsheet is protected.

I assume this is an easy one.

Thanks,

John

JMB

Unprotect the worksheet (Tools/Protection/Unprotect Sheet)

Select all cells by clicking in the gray box to the left of cell A1.
Click Edit/Clear/All

Be sure to back up in case this isn't what you want.

Adrian M

The GOTO Special feature allows you a number of ways to choose cells e.g.
highlight all cells that contain constants that are numbers or text etc. Once
selected you can then delete them all. Hopefully this helps a bit. You can
watch a video clip on how to use the GOTO special command on
http://www.auditexcel.co.za/othertools.html .
