how to copy just the number that a formula creates

ina sheet that has over 3000 rows and created a formula and copied to all
rows but I really just what the number the formula created. As I have to
send this file to someone eles to upload into a new POS system and can't hve

Save your workbook. Copy all the cells with formulas, and keep your cursor
with all selected. Then hit Edit--paste special, values. Right-click the
sheet tab and his Move or Copy. Copy the sheet tab to a new workbook. Don't
save your old workbook and you won't lose your formulas.
